Smoothies are so delicious you'll forget they're healthy. The Celery Smoothie, made to perfection! What, a celery smoothie, you ask? Yes, and you'll quickly come to love it. Green apple and banana give it a pleasantly sweet taste, and the celery and fresh ginger combine to give it an intriguingly sharp bite.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • Pure vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixer and whir them up until they're completely smooth. Pour in a glass of water, too. Keep blending until the mixture is silky. This smoothie is best served immediately, but any leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container. They should be good for at least two days.
