Ingredients:
  • 1 kale (stems removed and leaves chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • red pepper flakes (Optional: for a bit of heat)
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add the chopped kale and sauté for 3-5 minutes until it wilts and turns bright green.

  4. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes
