Sautéed Garlic Kale
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the chopped kale and sauté for 3-5 minutes until it wilts and turns bright green.
Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes
